KLAIM LIMITED
Work

Services

Software, infrastructure, data, and marketing technology, specified as separate pieces of work and delivered together when the operation needs it.

Custom software programming

What is programmed

Custom software programming at KLAIM LIMITED means applications and services written for a stated business process. That can be an internal tool, a customer-facing product, a background service, or the glue that lets an existing system do a job it was not built to do.

The starting point is the operation: who uses the software, what they must finish, which records move, and which systems already exist. A programming engagement is then scoped in writing. Nothing on this page is a fixed package or a published rate.

Computer systems design

The shape before the code

Computer systems design sets the structure: components, interfaces, environments, and the line between what is built and what is bought or already running.

It is useful when a business can describe the pressure — a manual process, a fragile integration, a site that cannot carry the product — but does not yet have a build plan.

What a design records

A design engagement records the actors, the data that moves, the systems of record, the hosting context, and the risks of changing any of them. It can stand alone or become the brief for programming, integration, or hosting work.

KLAIM LIMITED does not publish a standard diagram set. The record follows the business that commissioned it.

Cloud and web hosting

Infrastructure

Cloud and web hosting infrastructure covers where a site, application, or service runs, how it is reached, and what has to stay available for the business to operate. The work can include environment design, deployment layout, domain and certificate handling where agreed, and the separation between production and other environments.

No availability percentage is stated on this website. Any operational target belongs in a written scope, not in a general claim.

Web architecture and hosting

Web architecture is the structure of the site or application itself: pages, services, content paths, and the boundary with marketing or advertising tools. Hosting is where that structure lives. They are specified together when a change to one forces a change to the other, and separately when it does not.

Representative environments are shown in the portfolio. They are not photographs of a named client’s premises.

Data processing and analytics

Data processing and analytics means taking records the business already has — operations, product use, or campaign activity — and making them usable. The work can include pipelines, storage layout, transformation, and the reporting a team has asked for.

KLAIM LIMITED does not sell a named analytics product on this site and does not publish benchmark figures. The output is defined in the scope: a feed, a model of the records, a report, or an interface another system can call.

Where personal data is involved, the roles and instructions belong in the engagement paperwork. The privacy policy explains how the website itself handles enquiries.

Advertising and media technology

Public relations platforms

Public relations platforms are specified as systems: contact records, approvals, asset handling, and the path from a draft to a published statement. The technology can be built or integrated. Editorial coverage is not a deliverable of the software.

Digital marketing technology

Digital marketing technology covers the systems around content, channels, and measurement. It can sit next to a website, a product, or an advertising stack. The engagement names the channels and the records. It does not promise a market result.

Digital advertising and MarTech

MarTech work deals with the tools that hold audiences, creative, schedules, and the handoff into media systems. That may mean configuring platforms the business already uses, or building the parts those platforms do not provide.

AdTech and media systems

AdTech and media systems are the serving, logging, and accounting layer: how an impression, a click, or a creative decision is recorded and passed on. Integration with the rest of the stack is often the actual job. See API integration.

Integration, consulting, and support

Enterprise API integration

API integration connects systems that need to exchange orders, audiences, content, identity, or operational events. The work identifies the source, the destination, the failure cases, and who is responsible when a third-party interface changes.

IT consulting and strategy

Consulting is a written technical position: what to build, what to leave, what to host, and in what order. It is used before a larger commission, or when several suppliers need the same description of the system. It is not a substitute for a scope of work when implementation starts.

System maintenance and support

Maintenance and support apply to software and infrastructure KLAIM LIMITED has built or has agreed to look after. The response path, the hours, and what is included are set in the engagement. This website does not publish a standing service level.

How an engagement is organised

Six stages used to keep a commission readable. They are a way of working, not a certified method, and a written scope can compress or extend them.

  1. 01

    Listen

Hear the operation, the systems already in place, and the constraint that made the enquiry necessary.

  2. 02

    Frame

Write the problem as software, infrastructure, data, or media technology, and say what it is not.

  3. 03

    Specify

Define interfaces, environments, responsibilities, and the materials the business must provide.

  4. 04

    Build

Program, configure, or integrate against that specification. Changes go through the written scope.

  5. 05

    Place

Put the work into the hosting or platform context it needs, and check it against the specification.

  6. 06

    Remain

Maintenance and support, only when that continuation is part of the engagement.
