Terms of service

Published by KLAIM LIMITED on 5 October 2026. This page is the company’s own statement for this website. It is not a substitute for advice on a particular engagement.

These terms and the other documents

These terms of service govern use of the website at https://klaimlimited.business, published by KLAIM LIMITED, 9 Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, RM14 2AP, United Kingdom. They are about the site itself: reading it, using its menu, and sending a message through its forms.

Commissioned work — software, systems design, hosting, data, advertising technology, integrations, consulting, and support — is governed by the terms and conditions and by any written scope that follows an enquiry. If a sentence here conflicts with a signed scope, the scope wins for that work. If a sentence here conflicts with a mandatory data-protection duty, the duty wins. The privacy policy and the cookie policy explain personal data and cookies.

The site is published on 5 October 2026 in this form. Using the site after that date means these terms apply to that use. If the company changes the terms, it will post the new text on this page. Continuing to use the site after the change is the acceptance of the new text for later use. A change does not rewrite an enquiry that was already sent.

Who may use the site

The site describes business-to-business services. It may be read by anyone. A person who sends an enquiry should be able to speak for themselves or for the business they name. The site does not offer accounts, and it does not ask a child to use it. A parent who believes a child has sent a message can ask for it to be deleted, as the privacy policy explains.

The company does not review the identity of every visitor. Sending a message in someone else’s name, or from an address the sender has no right to use, is a misuse of the form. The company may ignore that message and may keep a short record if it needs to deal with abuse.

What the site is for

The pages explain who KLAIM LIMITED is, what kinds of work it offers, how an engagement is organised, and how to make contact. The photographs and sequences are editorial and, where the portfolio says so, are capability demonstrations, representative scenarios, or technical approaches. They are not client case studies and they are not promises of a result.

Nothing on the site is an offer that the company must accept. A form submission is an enquiry. A reply is a conversation. A contract for work exists only when the terms and conditions say it does, which is not merely because a page was read.

The company does not publish prices, packages, or service levels on the site. A figure or a percentage that is not written in a scope should not be inferred from the design of a page.

Acceptable use

Visitors may read the pages, follow the links, and send a genuine enquiry. They may not use the site to probe, overload, or disrupt it; to send malware; to harvest addresses; to submit automated messages; or to attempt to read data that is not on the public pages. The contact script includes simple abuse controls. Bypassing them is a breach of these terms.

Visitors may not post unlawful content through the form, including content that infringes someone else’s rights, that is defamatory, or that includes personal data the sender has no right to send. A message that includes another person’s special-category data, a password, or a card number is unwelcome. The company would rather receive a short description and arrange a safer channel.

The site may be linked to from another site in a fair way that does not suggest a partnership, a sponsorship, or an endorsement that does not exist. The pages may not be framed in a way that hides their origin. The company does not grant a licence to copy the site into another product.

Intellectual property on the site

The text, the layout, the logo image, and the photographs are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless a page says otherwise, they belong to KLAIM LIMITED or are used with permission for this site. Reading the site gives a limited, revocable right to display the pages in a browser for personal or internal business reference. It does not give a right to copy the design into another website, to train a public model on the text as a substitute for the site, or to present the photographs as the user’s own campaign.

Names of third-party products that appear in ordinary English, if any appear, belong to their owners. The site does not claim those marks. The photographs avoid relying on a brand logo as the subject. A resemblance to a common piece of equipment is not a statement of affiliation.

A visitor who sends a message keeps the rights in their own words. They give the company a licence to use those words to answer, to quote them back in the correspondence, and to keep them for the period in the privacy policy. They do not give a licence to publish the message as marketing.

Accuracy and demonstrations

The company takes care with the address, the telephone number, and the email address. Those are 9 Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, RM14 2AP, United Kingdom, +44 7520 619384, and help@klaimlimited.business. If a page ever disagrees with that, the details on the contact page should be preferred and the company should be told.

Service descriptions are general. They are not a specification for a particular business. The portfolio labels demonstrations honestly. A reader must not treat a demonstration as evidence that a named organisation received a stated outcome. No such organisation is named, and no outcome figure is given.

The site can be updated. A page cached by a browser or a search engine can be briefly out of date. The current page on the host is the one that matters.

Availability

The company aims to keep the site available, but it does not promise uninterrupted access. Hosting, networks, and maintenance can interrupt it. There is no service credit for the public site, because the public site is not a paid hosting product. Paid hosting, if it is commissioned, is a different contract under the terms and conditions.

The company may withdraw or change a page, including a demonstration, without notice. It may block a source of traffic that abuses the form.

Liability for use of the site

The site is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, the company is not liable for loss that comes only from relying on a general page instead of a written scope. That includes loss of profit, loss of business, or a decision to buy or not to buy a third-party tool because of a sentence on the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow a contract to exclude. The site is not a source of safety-critical instructions. Equipment shown in photographs is not an invitation to copy a wiring or a rack layout.

The company is not liable for a third-party font host, a visitor’s email provider, or a browser extension. It is not liable for a message that the server refuses and says it has refused.

Privacy and cookies

Use of the form is also governed by the privacy policy. The only cookie the site itself sets is described in the cookie policy. These terms do not authorise a wider use of personal data than those policies describe.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. That is the law of the country of the address the company publishes. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing a right a consumer might have to sue elsewhere if a consumer law applies. The site is aimed at businesses. A person who is dealing as a consumer should say so in the enquiry, because the pages are written for business readers.

If a clause is held invalid, the rest of the terms stay in force. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.

Forms and messages

The forms ask for a name, an email address, and a message. They are sent to the server script described in the privacy policy. A person must not rely on a message until the site says it was accepted for delivery, or until they have sent it by another route that actually arrives. An error page means the message was not sent. The confirmation page means the server accepted it for email delivery. Neither page is an acceptance of a project.

The company may reply by email or by telephone using the details the sender gave. A reply that asks for more information is not a promise to do the work. A reply that attaches a draft scope is an invitation to agree that scope, not a finished contract, unless the scope itself says that acceptance of it forms the contract.

Geography of the pages

The company publishes one address, in Upminster, in the United Kingdom. The site can be read from other countries. Reading it from elsewhere does not create a local office, a local registration, or a local consumer shop. People who write from outside the United Kingdom are still writing to that UK address. The company does not claim to be authorised by a foreign regulator on the strength of this website.

Sanctions and export rules can restrict some technology work. The public pages do not describe a restricted product. A person who needs work that would breach a sanctions rule should not send technical files through the form. The company can refuse an enquiry that it cannot lawfully pursue.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to help@klaimlimited.business or posted to KLAIM LIMITED, 9 Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, RM14 2AP, United Kingdom. The telephone number is +44 7520 619384. Please say that the question is about the website terms so that it is read in that context.
